I can't wait for the law to go into effect where you cannot drive and talk on the phone at the same time!
I was driving on 101 this morning and a moron in a big sedan, talking on her cell phone REALLY almost hit me as she was trying to change lanes. I was in the left lane and had to swerve and honk so she wouldn't hit me.
Had she come ANY closer, I would have hit the median and who knows what else. If you drive and talk on the phone, please think twice about it.
