Brake limit!

I was driving to work and GOSH it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating! Everyone I got stuck behind was a Brakey McPatty, as in every two seconds they would brake for no reason! ARGH! That is one of my giant pet peeves!!!! I mean HELLO there is NO ONE in front of you!!!!! I think there should be a limit as to how many times you can brake in a day, excluding stop and go traffic because you really don't have a choice. Anyhow, blah!!!!! In my ideal world if you brake over the limit, you have to dress like a panda bear all the next day, babysit five bratty kids at the same time, and drink a doogh (and believe me that is TERRIBLE).
