Silly guy
There's this guy in the city I've seen a couple times who dresses up in a USC sweatshirt and little tiny shorts. He's so funny! (and maybe mentally disturbed?) He stands outside his house and does cheerleading moves rather flimsilly and dances around. He does this for hours!! Isn't that the best story ever?!

LOL... If I do, I'll let you know. I think he'll be jealous of my cheering skills.
